User Agreement
Effective January 2025. These terms govern your access to VerdantWave resources and services.
1. Website Access and Eligibility
By accessing VerdantWave you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms. We grant a limited, non-transferable license to view and use our platform for personal creative development. Access may be suspended for violations.
2. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All VerdantWave resources, including workbooks, frameworks, and recordings, remain the exclusive property of VerdantWave. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent. Personal use licenses are granted upon purchase.
3. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
All sales are final once digital access is granted. Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue offerings. Chargebacks or disputes must be raised within 30 days through our support channels.
4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Users agree to interact respectfully. Harassment, spam, or misuse of community features results in immediate removal. VerdantWave monitors activity to maintain a safe environment for systematic creativity practice.
5. Data, Privacy, and Local Storage
Theme, cart, follows, and cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser. No personal data is transmitted to external servers without explicit consent. See our Privacy page for full details on data handling.
6. Limitation of Liability and Support
